Make sure the image you use is a quality image and, where possible, use a picture of a person rather than your logo. If this isn’t possible, go ahead and add your logo but maybe get a few members of your team to also create Pinterest accounts on behalf of your company so they too can create a following for your business and put faces to your brand.

2. Write A Pinterest Friendly Bio

Write a good profile bio and don’t be afraid to show your fun side, this will encourage people to follow you. I think it’s best to keep your bio short, sweet and to the point, after all Pinterest is an image site, so it is pictures people want to see not words. Don’t forget to add a link to your website in your bio, and be sure to verify it! 3. Keep Your Boards Specific

Have a look for common patterns and mirror what they are doing, this will help you to get more followers. it’s also worth taking a look at who follows the popular pinners from within your industry as anyone that follows them should be interested in following you. Get their followers attention by following them and inviting them to follow you back.

5. Consistency Is Key

you need to be consistent and post at least one pin per day five days a week or more if possible, if you are struggling to come up with fresh content of your own five times a week then don’t worry, you can repin other people’s pins as well as adding images of your own.
