7.54x Increase In Leads/Enquiries Per Month
In just twelve months, the average increase in the number of website leads & enquiries per month with our customers increased by 7.54x.
2.59x Increase In Website Conversion Rate
The vast majority of small and medium-sized businesses have poorly converting websites. In our analysis, we found that before working with us, the average conversion rate was just 0.71%. After twelve months, this had increased on average to 1.83%.
What About After The First 12 Months?
We liken our marketing system to a snowball rolling downhill - it gathers momentum and keeps getting bigger and bigger. With our clients, we see the results continue to improve beyond the first 12 months - graphs like the one below are pretty typical. How Did We Get The Data?
With all of our clients we track their KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on an ongoing basis. Before we begin work with a client, we review their current analytics and record their average number of website visitors for the past 12 months, and we ask them how many website leads/enquiries they get each month. This is compiled into a comprehensive sales and marketing report which we produce before starting a marketing programme.
To calculate the increases, we took an average of the number of website visitors and number of leads/enquiries per month for months 10,11 and 12 of our marketing program, and averaged these out so as not to skew the results by one very good or bad month (eg December).

What Types Of Businesses Are These?
This group of clients were not specially selected, they were simply the first 18 to have completed a full 12 months working with our marketing system. They are all SME's, in a variety of industries - B2B and B2C, and including professional services, construction, engineering, trade work, and retail/E-commerce.
They were also at a variety of different starting points - some had really under performing websites when we started work, others had sites which already worked well. In both scenarios, big improvements were seen.
